BUSY MUCH?....

Dear Layla,

 

It has been non-stop crazy busy in our lives. You and Momma both have just less than a month of school left then it's summer break!!  Hopefully then we can get caught up on things and have more fun! Meme has already come and gone. Her trip flew by, but we sure had fun with her. In just a couple months we'll be flying to her house for ten days, wah hoo! Aunt Tammi is back for a few weeks, you were so excited to see her. Can't wait to see what kind of trouble we will get into with her.

 



 You always have such great style no matter what you do! Like baking.

 

 

Papa took you to Bananas to play on the bump and jumps while Momma did some homework, you love the ones with the slides! Not afraid anymore to go in alone either!

 

You love taking selfies with Momma!

Papa brought the truck out to wash it and of course you had to help!

You love acting like Papa, always fixing stuff with tools.  If he has his tools out for projects you're right there to help him.

 

Meme and Pop'ay were so kind and took you shopping for Spring/Summer clothes...This is one of your favorite outfits.

 

Momma has to now lock up her bathroom because someone named Layla Lynn keeps getting into Momma's makeup...This would be Mommas bronzer roll stick and lipstick on Layla...silly girl!

 

You finally learned how to pedal on your bike, you usually just push yourself around with your feet. Papa is so happy you got it down and takes you on mini bike rides. 

 

Lately you and Momma will go out on the front lawn with blankets and soak up the sun, color, read, play with  chalk and bubbles. It's been so fun and warm!

 

 

 

The last part of your school year you're learning about dinosaurs!  Here's a picture you drew and colored of yourself and a BIG T-Rex.

We're always visiting Dramma, she's by far your most favorite person. 

 



 

Last weekend was Easter. Momma and Papa told you that the Easter Bunny was going to bring you a fun basket full of goodies if you were good and went to sleep early...You listened and were so excited to see what he brought you the next morning.

 

He hid lots and lots of eggs all over our house for you to find when you woke up and there on our TV stand in the living room sat a big Disney Princess bucket filled with bubbles, chalk, a Jasmine Barbie and fun bunny toys that ears hook together to make a long chain. We spent Easter Sunday at Great Grandma/Grandpa's.  Great Grandpa is not doing good at all, Momma thinks you realized this because you were so sweet to him and not afraid to talk to him.
